SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of the eye of Super Typhoon "PEPITO" {MAN-YI} was estimated based on all available data over the coastal waters of Dipaculao, Aurora (15.9°N, 121.7°E) with maximum sustained winds of 185 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 305 km/h. It is moving Northwestward at 25 km/h.
