SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of the eye of Super Typhoon "PEPITO" {MAN-YI} was estimated based on all available data over the coastal waters of Garchitorena, Camarines Sur (14.4°N, 123.7°E) with maximum sustained winds of 185 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 255 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 15 km/h.
