SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "OFEL" {USAGI} was estimated based on all available data at 230 km Northwest of Itbayat, Batanes (22.1°N, 120.1°E) with maximum sustained winds of 75 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 90 km/h. It is moving North Northeastward slowly. Meanwhile, the center of the eye of Typhoon "PEPITO" {MAN-YI} was estimated based on all available data at 250 km East Northeast of Borongan City, Eastern Samar (12.1°N, 127.7°E) with maximum sustained winds of 175 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 215 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 25 km/h.
