SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of the eye of Typhoon "MARCE" {YINXING} was located based on all available data over the coastal waters of Santa Ana, Cagayan (18.5°N, 122.3°E) with maximum sustained winds of 175 km/h and gustiness of up to 245 km/h. It is moving Westward at 10 km/h.
