SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Storm "KRISTINE" {TRAMI} was estimated based on all available data at 275 km East Northeast of Virac Catanduanes or 400 km East of Daet, Camarines Norte (14.1°N, 126.7°E) with maximum sustained winds of 75 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 90 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 15 km/h.
