SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Depression "ENTENG" was estimatedbased on all available data at 105 km Northeast of Catarman, Northern Samar or 155 km East of Juban, Sorsogon (13.1°N, 125.4°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h near the center andgustiness of up to 70 km/h. It is moving Northwestward at 15 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting the western sections of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
