SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of the eye of Typhoon "AGHON" {EWINIAR} was estimated based on all available data at 290 km East of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan (17.7°N, 124.5°E) with maximum sustained winds of 130 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 160 km/h. It is moving Northeastward at 10 km/h. Southwesterly Windflow affecting the western sections of Central Luzon, Southern Luzon and Visayas.
