SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of the eye of Typhoon "AGHON" {EWINIAR} was estimated based on all available data at 145 km East of Casiguran, Aurora (16.2°N, 123.5°E) with maximum sustained winds of 140 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 170 km/h. It is moving East Northeastward at 10 km/h. Southwesterly Windflow affecting the western sections of Central Luzon, Southern Luzon and Visayas.
