SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Severe Tropical Storm "AGHON" {EWINIAR} was estimated based on all available data over the coastal waters of Mauban, Quezon (14.4°N, 121.8°E) with maximum sustained winds of 95 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 130 km/h. It is moving Northeastward slowly.
