SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of the eye of Typhoon "JENNY" {KOINU} was estimated based on all available data at 325 km East of Itbayat, Batanes (21.3°N, 124.9°E) with maximum sustained winds of 155 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 190 km/h. It is moving North Northwestward at 10 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Central Luzon, Southern Luzon, and Visayas.
