SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of the eye of Typhoon "JENNY" {KOINU} was estimated based on all available data at 540 km East of Calayan, Cagayan or 495 km East of Basco, Batanes (19.6°N, 126.6°E) with maximum sustained winds of 155 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 190 km/h. It is moving Northwestward at 15 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
