SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Severe Tropical Storm "JENNY" {KOINU} was estimated based on all available data at 770 km East of Northern Luzon (18.1°N, 128.9°E) with maximum sustained winds of 100 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 125 km/h. It is moving Northwestward at 15 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
