SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of the eye of Typhoon "FALCON" {KHANUN} was estimated based on all available data at 930 km East Northeast of Extreme Northern Luzon (24.2°N, 130.1°E) with maximum sustained winds of 175 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 215 km/h. It is moving Northwestward at 20 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas.
