SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of the eye of Typhoon "FALCON" {KHANUN} was estimated based on all available data at 1,015 km East Northeast of Extreme Northern Luzon (22.9°N, 131.4°E) with maximum sustained winds of 165 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 205 km/h. It is moving North Northwestward at 15 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas.
