SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of the eye of Typhoon "FALCON" {KHANUN} was estimated based on all available data at 1,070 km East of Extreme Northern Luzon (21.3°N, 132.2°E) with maximum sustained winds of 150 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 185 km/h. It is moving North Northwestward at 15 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas.
