SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of the eye of Typhoon "EGAY" {DOKSURI} was estimated based on all available data over the coastal waters of Calayan, Cagayan (19.3°N, 120.9°E) with maximum sustained winds of 175 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 240 km/h. It is moving Northwestward at 10 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Visayas, Mindanao, and the western section of Southern Luzon.
