SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of the eye of Typhoon "EGAY" {DOKSURI} was estimated based on all available data including Aparri Doppler Weather Radar in the vicinity of Aparri, Cagayan (18.9°N, 121.4°E) with maximum sustained winds of 175 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 240 km/h. It is moving Westward at 20 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Visayas, Mindanao, and the western section of Southern Luzon.
