SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of the eye of Typhoon "EGAY" {DOKSURI} was estimated based on all available data including Daet Doppler Weather Radar at 500 km East of Baler, Aurora (15.8°N, 126.3°E) with maximum sustained winds of 155 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 190 km/h. It is moving North Northwestward at 10 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Visayas, Mindanao, and the western section of Southern Luzon.
