SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Severe Tropical Storm "EGAY" was estimated based on all available data at 570 km East of Daet, Camarines Norte (14.9°N, 128.2°E) with maximum sustained winds of 110 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 135 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 10 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
