SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Storm "EGAY" was estimated based on all available data at 685 km East of Virac, Catanduanes (14.4°N, 130.5°E) with maximum sustained winds of 75 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 90 km/h. It is moving Westward at 15 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting the western sections of Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
