SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 290 km East of Maasin City, Southern Leyte (10.5°N, 127.5°E). Meanwhile, another Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 125 km West Northwest of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan (10.2°N, 117.7°E). Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon.
