SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 405 km Southwest of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan (7.1 °N, 116.2°E). Another Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 205 km Northeast of Surigao City, Surigao del Norte or 125 km East of Guiuan, Eastern Samar (11.0 °N, 126.9 °E). Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon.
