SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Storm "PAENG" was estimated based on all available data at 520 km East of Borongan City, Eastern Samar (11.7°N, 130.2°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 80 km/h. It is moving Southwestward slowly.
