SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of the eye of Typhoon "NENENG" was estimated based on all available data at 190 km West Northwest of Calayan, Cagayan (19.7°N, 119.7°E) with maximum sustained winds of 120 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 150 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 15 km/h.
