SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of the eye of Typhoon "INDAY" {MUIFA} was estimated based on all available data at 360 km East Northeast of Itbayat, Batanes (22.3°N, 124.9°E) with maximum sustained winds of 155 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 190 km/h. It is moving Northwestward at 15 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting the western section of Southern Luzon.
