SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Typhoon "INDAY" {MUIFA} was estimated based on all available data at 405 km East of Itbayat, Batanes (21.2°N, 125.7°E) with maximum sustained winds of 130 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 160 km/h. It is moving Northwestward at 10 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting the western section of Southern Luzon.
