SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Severe Tropical Storm "INDAY" {MUIFA} was estimated based on all available data at 730 km East of Aparri, Cagayan (19.2°N, 128.5°E) with maximum sustained winds of 100 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 125 km/h. It is moving Northwestward at 20 km/h.
