SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "INDAY" {MUIFA} was estimated based on all available data at 865 km East of Central Luzon (17.2°N, 130.2°E) with maximum sustained winds of 85 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 105 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward slowly.
