SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "INDAY" was estimated based on all available data at 1,250 km East of Central Luzon (17.2°N, 133.8°E) with maximum sustained winds of 75 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 90 km/h. It is moving Westward at 15 km/h. Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Palawan and Mindanao.
