SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Severe Tropical Storm "FLORITA" {MA-ON} was estimated based on all available data at 245 km West Northwest of Laoag City, Ilocos Norte or 310 km West of Calayan, Cagayan (19.2°N, 118.5°E) with maximum sustained winds of 95 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 115 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 30 km/h.
