SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 220 km Southwest of Zamboanga City (5.4°N, 120.8°E). It is embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao.
