SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 180 km South Southeast of Zamboanga City (5.4°N, 122.7°E). It is embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Easterlies affecting the rest of the country.
