SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Depression "AGATON" [MEGI] was estimated based on all available data over the coastal waters of Marabut, Samar (11.2°N, 125.1°E) with maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 60 km/h. It is almost stationary.
