SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "AGATON" [MEGI] was estimated based on all available data over the coastal waters of Tanauan, Leyte (11.1°N, 125.1°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 90 km/h. It is moving west northwestward slowly. Meanwhile, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 240 km Southwest of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan (8.2°N, 117.2°E).
