SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 520 km East of Guiuan, Eastern Samar (10.1°N, 130.4°E). It is embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao. Northeasterly Surface Windflow affecting Northern Luzon.
