SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 20 km Northeast of Zamboanga City, Zamboanga del Sur (7.0°N, 122.2°E). It is embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Southern Mindanao. Easterlies affecting the rest of the country.
