SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 60 km East Northeast of Davao City (7.6°N, 126.3°E). It is embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Southern Mindanao. Easterlies affecting the rest of the country.
