SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of the eye of Typhoon "ODETTE" {RAI} was located based on all available data at 220 km Northwest of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan (10.9°N, 117.1°E) with maximum sustained winds of 150 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 185 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 15 km/h. Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon.

Kalayaan Islands: Stormy, TY Odette, Possible flash floods or landslides due to heavy to torrential rains. Moderate to heavy damage to structures and vegetation possible due to damaging to destructive typhoon-force winds
Central Luzon, Cordillera Administrative Region, Bulacan, Rizal, Palawan, and Northern Quezon: Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms, Trough of TY Odette
