SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of the eye of Typhoon "ODETTE" {RAI} was located based on all available data at 105 km Northeast of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan (10.3°N, 119.5°E) with maximum sustained winds of 150 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 205 km/h. It is moving Westward at 25 km/h. Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon.
