SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of the eye of Typhoon "ODETTE" {RAI} was located based on all available data at 65 km South Southwest of Iloilo City, Iloilo (10.2°N, 122.3°E) with maximum sustained winds of 155 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 235 km/h. It is moving Westward at 35 km/h. Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon.
