SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 335 km East Southeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (7.4°N, 129.2°E), embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao. Shear Line (Tail-end of Frontal System) affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon.
