SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 335 km East Southeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (7.4ºN, 129.2ºE), embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao. Shear Line (Tail-end of Frontal System) affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon.
