SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 115 km West of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan (9.7°N, 117.7°E). Meanwhile, another Low Pressure Area was estimated based on all available data at 705 km East of Borongan City, Eastern Samar (11.6°N, 131.9°E). Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon.
