SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 165 km East of Kalayaan Islands, Palawan (11.0°N, 115.6°E) embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
