SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 155 km West Northwest of Zamboanga City, Zamboanga del Sur (7.2°N, 120.7°E) embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
