SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 pm today, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available at 825 km East of Surigao City, Surigao del Norte (10.0oN, 133.0oE) embedded along the Intertropical Covergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao.
