SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "MARING" was estimated based on all available data at 660 km East of Virac, Catanduanes (14.4°N, 130.3°E) with maximum sustained winds of 85 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 105 km/h. It is moving Northward at 20 km/h. Meanwhile, the Low Pressure Area (formerly Tropical Depression "NANDO") was estimated based on all available data at 555 km East of Virac, Catanduanes (14.4°N, 129.3°E).

Samar provinces, Surigao del Norte, and Dinagat Islands: Rains with Gusty winds, TS MARING, Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains. Very light to light damage to structures and vegetation possible due to moderate to strong winds
