SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "MARING" was estimated based on all available data at 815 km East of Visayas (13.0°N, 132.8°E) with maximum sustained winds of 85 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 105 km/h. It is moving East Northeastward at 15 km/h. Meanwhile, the center of Tropical Depression "NANDO" was estimated based on all available data at 1,220 km East of Northern Luzon (17.2°N, 133.2°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 70 km/h. It is moving Westward at 25 km/h.
