SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Depression "MARING" was estimated based on all available data at 635 km East of Borongan City, Eastern Samar (12.6°N, 131.2°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 70 km/h. It is moving East Northeastward at 10 km/h. Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
