SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression "LANNIE" was estimated based on all available data at 70 km Northwest of Cuyo, Palawan (11.2°N,120.5°E) with maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 55 km/h. It is moving Northwestward at 25 km/h.
